Meet Our New Pastor
Dr. Ridge Cullum
Cedar Cross Country Church has called Dr. Ridge Cullum as our Pastor starting on December 10, 2023. Pastor Ridge and his wife Jennie live in Haslet, Texas. They have 3 children and 5 grandchildren. Pastor Ridge graduated from Carson-Newman University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1978, and from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity Degree in 1981, and a Doctor of Ministry Degree in 1988. After 40 years of pastoring various Baptist churches in Illinois, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia, Ridge Cullum retired in July 2021 and he and Jennie moved to Haslet, Texas to live close to their daughter Stefanie and her husband and three grandchildren, and to their son Justin who lives in Dallas. Ridge works as a Special Ed Paraprofessional at Lone Star Elementary School in Keller, Texas. His favorite hobbies include dates with his wife, genealogy, fishing, going to vintage markets, and taking care of their indoor plants. It has always been his hope and dream to continue in ministry after retirement, and Dr. Ridge is delighted to be the Bi-vocational Pastor at Cedar Cross Country Church.
